| Our preferred method of shipping is USPS; however, we will ship UPS as needed. When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, USPS is the preferred (and cheaper) method of shipment.

We are environmentally friendly in our packaging, recycling boxes and packing materials whenever possible.
Returns and refunds:
Before any item can be returned, you must first contact us with a description of the problem and to obtain permission to send it back. Any item may be returned by contacting us within 30 days of receipt. Returns for damaged goods or goods received in error are fully refundable, including the cost of shipping. All other returns will be refunded in the amount of the product only; depending on the circumstances a restocking fee may apply.
