Using the Printable Product List (Offline Order Form)
What If Scientific—Leave Only Bubbles offers a printable product list that generates a printer-friendly display of all of our currently available products, and their respective costs. This service is beneficial for customers wishing to make offline orders, and for general use by those wanting a hard copy of our current store catalog. The new and improved service includes a variety of filtering options and can automatically calculate the total cost based on the specified product quantities and shipping region. This guide will help explain the variety of features available on our printable price list.

Accessing the Printable Product List
The printable price list can be accessed from virtually any page across the site. To access the product list, click on the "Printable Product List" link that appears at the top of the "Information" box on every page. The "Information" box is located in the lower-left region of each page. The printable product list will open in a new window (or in a new tab, depending on your browser preferences).
Note: You can also access the printable product list by clicking on the "Printable Product List" graphic within the introductory text on the home page. The list runs independently from the rest of the site and is specifically designed to create clean print-outs of our available products. As such, the printable product list is not connected to your online shopping cart contents or online orders.

Showing All Products or Filtering by Store
By default, the printable product list will show all items from both What If Scientific and Leave Only Bubbles. The items are grouped by category, and the categories are grouped by store (in alphabetical order). All of Leave Only Bubble's products will display first, followed by all of What If Scientific's products. To conserve space and paper, you may wish to display only a single store's products.
To filter the list to only show products from a single store, or to show products for both stores combined, click on the filtering drop-down box (available at both the top and the bottom of the list) and then select the appropriate action.
* Select "Show all products (includes both stores)" to list products for both stores.
* Select "Show only Leave Only Bubbles products" to list products from only Leave Only Bubbles.
* Select "Show only What If Scientific products" to list products from only What If Scientific.
Note: Toggling any of the above filtering options will result in a page refresh, and thus any electronically entered quantities (as described in the following section) will be erased. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you set any desired filtering options (to view products from either one or both stores) before specifying any product quantities within the list.

Electronically Entering Product Quantities
The current version of the What If Scientific—Leave Only Bubbles printable product list enables customers to electronically specify quantities for each listed product, along with their shipping region, and the list will automatically calculate the total cost in real-time. This can be time-saving when creating an offline order list, or when needing a quick overview on how much an order may cost based on specific quantities.
To specify quantities for any given product, click within the empty box to the left of the desired product and then enter a numerical value. As soon as a number is entered, the bottom of the price list will dynamically update to reflect the quantity changes and will display the total order cost. You can also adjust your shipping zone at the bottom of the page to reflect accurate shipping rates.

Note: The prices shown in the printable product list are derived from the prices assigned to each product across the online store. They are accurate to the minute, but since product prices occasionally change and may reflect current sales, it is advised that you use as recent copy as possible before using it for offline orders to help ensure accurate costs and shipping rates. Please note that you do not need to electronically enter any quantities to view the product list, and can instead print off a blank list with no quantities or totals shown, if desired.

Showing Only Products with Specified Quantities
It is possible to filter the product list to show only the products which have had quantities specified electronically, which can significantly reduce the amount of paper required to print off the list and can create an extremely compact offline order sheet.
To show only products with entered quantities, select the option "Show only products with specified quantities" from the filtering drop-down box which is available at both the top and the bottom of the list. It may take a brief moment to update the list and to hide all unused product listings.
Note: If you click on any other filtering options after setting the filter to only show products with specified quantities, the page will be refreshed and all entered quantities will be erased. The one exception to this rule is if you had all products for both stores shown (the default option) prior to showing only those with specified quantities, in which case clicking the "Show all products (including both stores)" option will again display all products while maintaining the quantities entered.

Changing Shipping Zone & Toggling Taxes
The shipping cost is calculated based on your order total and your shipping zone, along with any applicable sales tax if you reside in Wisconsin. Within the printable product list, you can change your shipping zone by selecting it from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the price list. After changing the shipping zone, the calculated shipping cost and grand total cost will be dynamically updated and redisplayed. The rates and zones are identical to the ones calculated for online orders.
Likewise, if you are residing in (or shipping to) a Wisconsin-based address, you must check the "Are you a Wisconsin resident?" option to automatically calculate the sales tax based on your order total.

Entering Shipping and Billing Details
In addition to calculating the order total based on your specified products, shipping zone, and tax base, you may also electronically enter your shipping and billing details before printing out the list--a beneficial feature when faxing or mailing in offline orders. You are able to specify your shipping address, billing address, e-mail address, credit card information, and any comments or special instructions.
Printing or Closing the Window
The product list can be printed or closed using the corresponding "Print" and "Close" text links available at the top and the bottom of the list. Please note that the list can also be printed or closed using any of the traditional methods (i.e., closing the window by clicking the 'X' in the corner, or printing it by selecting File > Print).
Note: The printed version of this product list differs slightly from the on-screen display to help reduce ink and paper usage. An example print-out of a list (with a filter applied to only show products with entered quantities) can be seen in the picture below.
